Common Questions
Can my child accidentally make purchases?
No. All purchases are protected behind a parent-mode PIN. Kids cannot access the store or make any purchases without a parent entering the PIN first.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your child can keep playing all seven built-in games — Drawing Puzzles, Pop the Bubbles, I Spy, Sort It!, Trace It!, What’s Next? and Splash Dash — none of which use credits, and browse their past creations. To make new AI transformations, top up with a credit pack or start a subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new subscribers can start the Monthly plan with a 7-day free trial on the App Store. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play settings. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.
